Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Driver - CDL Class B to join our growing team in Santa Ana, CA. You will transport and deliver products to designated customers along assigned routes.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of CDL driving experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid CDL with clean driving history. The role may involve forklift certification, HazMat endorsement preferred, and occasional overtime in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• : Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• : High school diploma or equivalent.
• : Must be 21 years or older.
• : Valid CDL and safe driving history; Class A or B.
• : Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass road test.
• : HazMat or Air Brake Endorsement preferred.
• : Forklift certification preferred or obtainable on hire.
• : Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• : Basic computer skills for transportation systems or data entry.
• : Basic math skills to verify orders.
• : Able to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed.
• : Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs.
• : Driving is an essential function; valid license required.
• : Warehouse work inside the facility 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck, box truck or CMV to transport products to customer locations on route.
• Learn and optimize routes, ensure correct order fulfillment, and maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Conduct DVIR inspections, report issues, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, FMCSA and company policies; complete safety training and handle HazMat materials.
• Wear company apparel, maintain neat appearance, and communicate with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Take ownership of customer needs with speed and urgency; maintain high customer service.
• Assist with preparing orders, loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and general warehouse tasks.
• Additional duties as assigned.
