Qualifications

• 1-3 years driving experience preferred.
• Must hold a Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Clean driving record and good customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently in varying weather while maintaining safety.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• DOT testing compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver heating oil to residential and commercial tanks.
• Maintain DOT physical card and required licenses.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain truck cleanliness.
• Complete training on schedule and accurately document loads.
• Load/unload tanker truck (2800-4500 gallons).
• Record paperwork and digital delivery tickets accurately.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure accurate deliveries and inventory.
• Work overtime and some weekends during heating season.
• Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call rotation.

Position: CDL Class B Energy Delivery Driver

The Energy Delivery Driver is the Company's customer-facing representative of the Company in the delivery of product to residential and commercial tanks. Local deliveries, home daily.

$25-$30 per hour.

Requirements

• 1-3 years Driving Experience Preferred
• Class B Commercial Driver's License
• Hazmat Endorsement
• Tanker Endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of computers
• High level of customer service focus
• Current CTEP or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to work independently in all weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Repetitive lifting of approximately 40lbs.
• Lifting up to 60 lbs. and pushing or pulling up to 100 lbs. (occasionally)
• Bending, kneeling, twisting, crouching, walking, sitting for long periods
• Tolerate heating oil odor/fumes
• Ability to back truck into driveways
• Comply with random DOT drug and/or alcohol testing
