Job summary

New World Van Lines is seeking a skilled CDL Class B Truck Driver to join our team. The role focuses on safely transporting household goods between destinations with emphasis on safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

A minimum of one year of driving experience and a clean safety record are required. We offer industry-competitive pay, weekly settlements, sign-on bonuses based on position, per diem and paid hotels, and a modern fleet.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional driving with a verifiable safety record.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing the transportation industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a Class B commercial motor vehicle in compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Safely load, secure, and unload household goods with care.
• Plan routes to ensure timely delivery while following traffic laws.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of miles, hours of service, and required documentation.
