Job summary

Cavalier Logistics, Inc. is seeking a full-time CDL Class B Truck Driver for local and over-the-road deliveries.

You will operate a 26-foot box truck, ensure safe operation of equipment, and provide timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers. Responsibilities include delivering general and specialized freight, keeping DOT logs, reporting road and vehicle conditions to dispatch, and adhering to SOPs to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Hold CDL Class B license.
• Good driving record.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent customer service skills are required.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26-foot box truck to transport and deliver both general and specialized cargo.
• Local delivery of both general and specialized freight in accordance with DOT regulations and SOPs.
• Keep and maintain logs of activities in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Report information to dispatcher on schedule, road conditions, and other situations.
