About the role

SIGN-ON BONUS - $5,000 (1/3 after 1 month, 1/3 after 6 months, 1/3 after 1 year)

Position Description:

The CDL Class B Driver will operate a truck with a liquid capacity of over 5,000 gallons to transport materials to and from designated locations. Secondary duties include operating semi-roll off and van body equipment. Drivers may operate vacuum tankers, trucks, vans, and flatbeds.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive trucks and operate specialized pump equipment to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials.
  • Prepare delivery tickets and obtain customer signatures.
  • Complete electronic Driver Logs daily.
  • Document transported materials and products.
  • Maintain records such as vehicle logs, cargo records, and shipping manifests in compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery instructions.
  • Use maps and follow geographic directions.
  • Inspect truck equipment and supplies regularly.
  • Secure cargo during transit.
  • Ensure all operating equipment is maintained to high standards.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED preferred.
  • Must be 21+ years old for interstate travel and comply with federal regulations.
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License required.
  • Tanker endorsement required.
  • Hazmat endorsement preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of driving experience.
  • No disqualifications per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, 391.15.
  • Adherence to DOT regulations at all times.
  • Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and instructions.
  • Responsible, organized, and safety-conscious.

The hourly pay rate is estimated between $25.00 and $27.00, with final salary based on experience, ability, and location. Reworld is committed to equitable pay.
