Job summary

Stateside Brands is seeking a CDL Class B Driver to deliver items across the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties. The role includes loading, unloading, route planning, and ensuring timely deliveries within the 5-county region and occasional trips to Pittsburgh, PA.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, 2+ years driving experience is preferred, and schedules may include overtime and some Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds of inventory required.
• 2+ years of driver experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare truck for operation by inspecting general condition; checking fluid levels and tire pressure; obtaining or scheduling required repairs; and validating adherence to road-ability standards.
• Load truck by ordering, placing, and securing items.
• Deliver items by identifying destinations; establishing route; operating the truck; unloading items; and maintaining schedule.
• Obtain payment by accepting cash or checks.
• Maintain safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organizational operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; clean truck exterior and interior.
• Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Complete deliveries in the 5-county area of Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, Lancaster County, and an occasional trip to Pittsburgh, PA.
• Hours can range Monday-Friday with occasional OT. Saturday work possible.

Compensation

• Up to $27/hour
