Job description

We are seeking a full-time, skilled, and dependable Roll-off Class B Driver to join our team in Castle Rock, Colorado. As a crucial member of our waste management operations, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Class B roll-off truck, transporting and delivering various waste containers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class B roll-off truck to pick up, transport, and deliver waste containers to designated locations from Larkspur to Longmont.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations to ensure accident-free operations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and clients to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and address minor mechanical issues, reporting major problems to the maintenance department.
• Uphold a professional and customer-focused demeanor when interacting with clients and the public.

Qualifications:

Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement.
Clean driving record with a demonstrated commitment to safety.
Previous experience operating a roll-off truck or similar heavy equipment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with waste management regulations and procedures is a plus.
