Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Distribution Driver Class B to deliver products statewide to bars, restaurants, hotels, and other client locations. You will inspect the vehicle, load and unload, follow safety guidelines, and maintain records in accordance with DOT requirements.

As a full-time driver, you will review orders, process payments, plan logistics, and ensure cargo is properly secured. The role requires a Class B CDL, 1 year of experience, and being 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of delivery or driving experience.
• Class B Commercial Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver statewide products to bars, restaurants, hotels, or other customer locations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicle.
• Receive payment for goods delivered.
• Sort merchandise by invoice for delivery.
• Adhere to safe and courteous operation of delivery vehicle.
• Complete all required paperwork daily, including Department of Transportation logbook and DVIR.
• Plan trip logistics and obtain necessary documents to transport goods.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring safety equipment is used.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly and report incidents to dispatcher.
