Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Distribution Driver Class B to deliver products to customers across the state. This role requires inspecting vehicles, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

You will work with safety-focused procedures, follow DOT guidelines, and ensure timely, accurate payments and paperwork. A Class B CDL and a valid driver’s license are required, with the ability to lift up to 48 pounds and work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of experience.
• Class B Commercial Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver statewide products to bars, restaurants, hotels, or other customer locations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Receive payment for goods delivered.
• Sort merchandise by the invoice for delivery.
• Adhere to the safe and courteous operation of the delivery vehicle at all times.
• Complete all required paperwork daily, including DOT logbook and DVIR.
