Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in Arkansas seeks a Distribution Driver Class B to deliver statewide products to bars, restaurants, hotels, or other customer locations. You will inspect the vehicle before and after trips, load and unload goods, and ensure safe operation at all times.

The role requires a Class B CDL, a high school diploma or equivalent, and being at least 21 years old. You will complete DOT logbook and DVIR paperwork, process payments, and maintain accurate records, while

Responsibilities

• Deliver statewide products to bars, restaurants, hotels, or other customer locations
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
• Receive payment for goods delivered
• Sort merchandise by the invoice for delivery
• Adhere to the safe and courteous operation of the delivery vehicle at all times
• Check-in money and returned goods daily with Driver Check-in & Accounting Cashier
• Complete all required paperwork daily, including DOT logbook and DVIR
• Report to work in adherence to company uniform standards
• Adhere to all safety regulations, and perform all duties in a safe manner
• Plan trip logistics and obtain necessary documents to transport goods
• Load and unload cargo and ensure safety equipment is utilized
• Ensure cargo is secured properly
• Report any incidents to the dispatcher
• Follow/adhere to all traffic laws
• Maintain vehicle, product, and equipment tidy and in good working order
• Perform other related duties as assigned
