Job summary

Staffmark Group in Monroe, OH is hiring a CDL Class A Yard Hostler for a direct hire role. The pay rate is $24.00 per hour with OT after 40 hours, on a day shift schedule 6 AM–6 PM, 2-2-3, with every other Fri–Sun off.

The role requires a CDL-A, DOT Medical Card, FMCSA Clearinghouse, and a year of CDL experience with clean driving history. Benefits include health, life, disability, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 22+ years old.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• DOT Medical Card.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years).
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years).
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Operate a yard hostler/yard dog.
• Delivery to local warehouses.
• Touch freight when helping in the warehouse.
• Possible lifting.
• Fast-paced.
• Keep freight moving and operations on schedule.
