Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a DOT Yard Driver (CDL Class A) for a brand-new distribution center in San Bernardino, CA. You will move trailers in the yard and between sites, perform pre-trip inspections, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, ability to back 48’ and 53’ trailers, clean MVR, and willingness to help with general warehouse tasks. Full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Class A CDL and DOT qualification required.
• Ability to back 48’ and 53’ trailers proficiently.
• Valid MVR with clean driving record.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer switches and position trailers in yard locations, with time-sensitive moves.
• Transport trailers between off-site locations as needed.
• Conduct daily yard equipment inspections and report defects.
• Maintain safe operating practices while driving yard and forklift-type equipment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including loading/unloading and other tasks.
