THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SPENCER, IOWA USA. WE SERVICE CUSTOMERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF IOWA, WESTERN ILLINOIS, NW MISSOURI, KANSAS CITY METROPOLITAN AREA, EASTERN KANSAS, and OMAHA AREA.

Our family owned company has been in business for nearly a century, providing premium dairy products to Iowa families. AE Dairy is looking for route delivery drivers to become valued members of our team. We are looking for drivers that want a long term career- not just a job!

• PROVIDES DELIVERY SERVICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS IN THE SPENCER AREA AND CENTRAL IOWA.
• DAILY WAGE GUARANTEES.
• Business-to-Business Transactions ONLY.

The AE Dairy Driver:

• Must have a valid and current CDL Class A .
• Must comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product.
• Must learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads.
• Must prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles.
• Must demonstrate customer-focused PROFESSIONALISM in all interactions with customers and the general public.
• Must show enthusiasm for and a strong commitment to the AE Brand.

Compensation and Benefit plans:

• FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
