CDL Class A, Super Dump Driver, Bridgeport, TX

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking a CDL Class A Super Dump Driver in Bridgeport, TX. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals who want to excel with us.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Contribute as a vital team member towards Austin’s success
• Attend daily safety meetings
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Work hours may vary to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends
• Work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
• Other duties as assigned
• Have at least 12 months of relevant driving experience in the construction industry
• Maintain a strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Possess operational knowledge and skills of trucks and related equipment, including end dump, belly dump, tandem, flow boy, or super dump experience
• Experienced with off-highway driving on construction sites
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; must have a valid TXDOT physical
• Adhere strictly to safety requirements as outlined in the Employee Handbook, as well as state and federal regulations
• Maintain a current State-issued Class A or B driver’s license
• Know and adhere to DOT rules and regulations
• Have a clean MVR record meeting company and DOT standards
• Be familiar with securing heavy and oversized loads
