Job summary

A dedicated staffing agency is seeking OTR truck drivers for routes across the continental U.S. The position offers a pay scale based on verified experience, along with various bonuses for performance. Drivers are needed who can handle average mileage requirements and are based out of New York, with additional support and payment for layovers.

Sign-On Bonus of $500 after the first load

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour

Qualifications

• 3-5 Months experience pays $0.57 per mile.
• 2-9 Years experience pays $0.62 per mile.
• 10+ Years experience pays $0.64 per mile.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR across all 48 states, mainly east of I-35.
• Usually work 12 days on, 2 days off.
• Complete an average of 2000-2200 miles a week.

Job description

Schedule: Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.

Routes: OTR across all 48 states, primarily East of I-35, but flexible based on freight availability.

Mileage: Average 2000-2200 miles per week; dependent on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.

Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads; 40-50% live unload.

City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Equipment: 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.

Support: 24/7 operations specialists available.

Payscale Based On Verified Experience:

3-5 Months- $0.57

6-11 Months- $0.58

12-23 Months- $0.60

2-9 Years - $0.62

10+ Years - $0.64
