Our drivers are responsible for safely navigating efficient routes to job sites, adhering to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. They assist with loading, securing, and unloading materials using cranes, conveyors, piggybacks, or by hand. As the face of our company on job sites, drivers lead, instruct, and supervise others.

Requirements:

• Valid state CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with a clear MVR and DOT record
• Must be 21 years old or older
• Current and valid Medical Certification Card
• Consecutive driving experience in a CDL position within the previous year
• High attention to detail and dexterity in vehicle control
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb
• Willingness to climb on rooftops and ensure proper stacking (location-dependent)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 100 pounds of material for extended periods
• Ability to climb a 40’ ladder (location-dependent)
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a company-required drug screening; all employees are subject to random drug testing per company policy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous material handling experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Crane operation certification

• Pay based on experience
