Empire National Inc. seeks experienced Local NC Company Drivers with a valid CDL A and a passion for the open road. Average earnings are $1,300–$1,600 per week, with bonuses and weekly direct deposit.

Drivers are independent contractors, receive take-home trucks and 24/7 dispatch support, plus paid vacations and milestone bonuses after 1–2 years. Quiet routes, minimal touch freight, and reliable weekly payments.

Qualifications

• CDL A with valid medical card

• Preferably within 50 miles of work area
• MVR and PSP records reasonably clean
• Not prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse
• Negative drug test results
• No major criminal convictions
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of trucks and heavy equipment
• No touch Freight
• Follow routes and schedules for efficient delivery of goods
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Communicate with dispatchers about issues or delays

Requirements:

• Class A CDL License & valid medical card.
• At least 23 years old.
• Preferably, living area radius: 50 miles.
• MVR and PSP records should be reasonably clean.
• Not prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
• Negative drug test results.
• No major convictions on the Criminal background check.
• Flexibility.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dry vans, and reefers.
