Job summary

Empire National México is looking for experienced local drivers in North Carolina. Ideal candidates will have a valid Class A CDL license and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience. This position offers the potential to earn an average of $1,300 to $1,600 per week plus bonuses.

Requirements

• Class A CDL license & valid medical card.
• At least 23 years old.
• Preferably within 50 miles of living area.
• MVR and PSP records should be reasonably clean.
• Not prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
• Negative drug test results.
• No major convictions on the criminal background check.
• Flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of trucks and heavy equipment.
• No touch freight.
• Follow specific routes and schedules for efficient delivery of goods.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors to report any issues or delays in delivery.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with different types of trucks, including tractor‑trailers, dry vans, and reefers.
