Job summary

Reyes Holdings, Reyes Family of Businesses, is hiring a CDL Class A Driver for local delivery routes in Enfield, CT. This role offers home daily service, benefits, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for drivers with verifiable CDL-A experience.

You will load, unload, and deliver to local customers, and perform basic safety checks. Applicants must be 21+, have 1+ year CDL Class A driving experience (or equivalent in the military), and be able to lift up to 170 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have at least 1 year CDL Class A driving experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle and deliver products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT/MHE devices such as electric pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for drivers with 1 year or more of VERIFIABLE CDLA experience.

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.

• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
