Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a CDL Class A Driver for local delivery, home daily. You will safely operate company equipment and deliver products to our customers, with pre-trip and post-trip inspections and mandatory PIT/MHE operation when required.

The role requires 21+ years old, 1+ year CDL A experience (or military equivalent), and ability to lift up to 170 lb. Sign-on bonus applies; great benefits and OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have 1+ year CDL Class A experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Must lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and deliver products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT/MHE equipment as required; perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.
• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
