Job summary

3-Rivers Drilling & Blasting is seeking a CDL Class A Hazmat Driver to safely transport materials to project sites across Utah. This full-time role requires a safety-first mindset, adherence to DOT regulations, and the ability to work with a hands-on field crew in Saratoga Springs, UT.

The position offers 10-hour shifts, potential part-time scheduling based on needs, and overtime opportunities. Health insurance and paid time off are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with Hazmat Endorsement.
• Clean driving record and dependable transportation to/from job sites.
• 1+ year of professional commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts; early mornings common.
• Occasional weekend work and overtime may be required.
• Willingness to work independently and with a field crew.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A vehicles transporting Hazmat materials safely between project locations.
• Follow DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and Hazmat handling requirements.
• Maintain driving logs, trip records, and required documentation.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Perform basic vehicle upkeep and report maintenance concerns as needed.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and field personnel.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as required.
• Support crew operations and perform general labor tasks as needed.

3-Rivers Drilling & Blasting has proudly served customers throughout the Western U.S. since 1997. We are recognized for safe, accurate, and professional drilling and blasting operations and are fully licensed, insured, and bonded for every project we complete.

We are currently seeking a CDL Class A Driver with Hazmat Endorsement to safely transport materials to and from project sites throughout Utah. This position is ideal for a dependable driver who takes safety seriously, follows procedures, and enjoys being part of a hands-on field team.

Full-time and part-time scheduling options may be available based on company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A vehicles while transporting Hazmat materials safely between project locations
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and Hazmat handling requirements
• Maintain accurate driving logs, trip records, and required documentation
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Perform basic vehicle upkeep and report maintenance concerns as needed
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and field personnel
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
• Support crew operations and perform general labor tasks alongside the team when needed

• Willingness to work both independently and as part of a field crew
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in job site conditions as required
• Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules depending on operational needs

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time W-2 employment
• Health insurance available for eligible employees
• Paid time off after 1 year for full-time employees
• Overtime paid according to state and federal regulations

Work Environment

• Based in Saratoga Springs, UT
• Travel to project sites throughout Utah may be required
• Outdoor, field-based work environment
• Position includes both driving responsibilities and hands-on support at job sites
