Job summary

Target Rental seeks a CDL Truck Driver to safely transport rental, sales and customer equipment, while training customers on safe operation and ensuring signature and photo documentation. The role supports fleet maintenance, vehicle upkeep, and facility tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include driving, inspections, load securement, logs, and cooperative work with the service and maintenance teams to uphold safety and company values.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with airbag endorsement and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and vehicle inspections.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of equipment maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport equipment to customer sites and return equipment to the facility.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company driving policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for road worthiness and safety.
• Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain logs, receipts, and fuel usage as required by DOT and policy.
• Communicate with Managers, staff and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
