Job summary

BakeMark, a leading bakery ingredients manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a CDL Class A Driver in Kentucky to safely transport products to customer locations and distribution centers while complying with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Responsibilities include maintaining delivery receipts, communicating with branch management, and ensuring on-time, damage-free deliveries.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and competitive benefits, including insurance

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company and DOT requirements.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Verify delivered products against invoices and document discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain delivery receipts and related documentation.
• Collect customer payments when required and according to invoice instructions.
• Maintain driver logs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate with Branch Management regarding routes, deliveries, and issues.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure equipment condition.
