Job summary

BakeMark is seeking an experienced CDL Class A Driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and transport goods to customer locations and distribution centers. You will maintain logs, ensure compliance with DOT rules, and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, loading/unloading, and accurate receipt handling, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A driver's license.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company and DOT requirements.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Drives truck to destination.
• Prepares receipts for load delivered and notes discrepancies.
• Collects payment for goods delivered if required.
• Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.
• Loads and unloads truck.
• Inspects truck equipment and supplies for safety and maintenance.
• Operates equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts, and lifts as required.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
• Responds to customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
