American Metals Supply Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Class A Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to safely deliver HVAC materials within a 150-mile radius and actively assist with unloading and inventory tasks. You will support warehouse operations, perform pre-trip inspections, and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient daily workflows.

The role requires a valid CDL Class A license with at least 2 years of experience, a current DOT medical card, and forklift/RF scanner familiarity.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with at least 2 years of experience and a current DOT medical card.
• Forklift experience and RF Scanner preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including loading/unloading.
• Willingness to support warehouse operations and adhere to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently make multiple deliveries within a 150-mile radius of the branch.
• Assist with unloading products and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Participate in unloading and organize materials.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to load the truck for the next day.
• Use forklifts and RF scanners to aid inventory management and operations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections per FMCSA regulations.
• Contribute to warehouse activities during non-route times to maintain daily workflow.
