Job summary

American Metals Supply is seeking a CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our employee-owned team. You will deliver HVAC materials within a 150-mile radius, assist with unloading, and support warehouse operations.

A valid Class A CDL and a DOT medical card are required, with forklift/RF scanner experience preferred. Our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, ESOP, and competitive compensation while operating in a family-oriented, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL for a minimum of 2 years and a current DOT medical card.
• Experience using a forklift and RF Scanner preferred.
• Ability to handle physical demands including frequent loading/unloading and walking on concrete floors.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently make multiple deliveries within a 150-mile radius of the branch.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with unloading products.
• Participate in unloading and organizing materials as part of daily workflow.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to load for the next day and optimize efficiency.
• Utilize forklifts and RF scanners to aid operations and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections per FMCSA regulations.
