Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a Class A Driver/Warehouse Associate in Salem, Virginia. This position supports Feeding Southwest Virginia by managing warehouse operations such as shipping and receiving food products, ensuring safety, and maintaining equipment. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with home every night.

Ideal candidates will have a valid Class A Driver’s License, experience driving long distances, and ability to work well with team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• 1-2 years of strong customer service experience.
• Experience in the operation of warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of the warehouse, equipment, and vehicles.
• Pickup and deliver food and products using Food Bank vehicles.
• Assist in updating departmental SOPs.
