Job summary

Synagro WWT, Inc. is hiring a driver to safely transport biosolids from clients to plants and landfills in Hampshire, IL. You will load, haul, and unload material while following DOT rules and company policies. Expect travel between sites and potential overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years roll-off experience preferred.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Experience end dump trailer operations required.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck in a safe manner at all times.
• Comply with all DOT regulations, including timely submission of Driver Daily Logs and DVIRs.
• Perform loading, unloading and timely delivery of product to destination.
• Perform daily inspection and required preventative maintenance on tractor and trailer.
• Maintain vehicle clean and paperwork accurate and on time.
• Travel between job sites; overnight travel may be required.
• Adhere to DOT weight restrictions and safe haul routes.
• Secure tarps and gates; manage spillage cleanup when loading biosolids.
