Job summary

Rain for Rent is hiring a Driver – CDL (Class A) with a focus on safe, timely delivery of company pipe and equipment. You will drive trucks and trailers (GVWR 26,001+ lbs) to pick up, deliver, and unload items while maintaining good customer relations.

The role requires 18 months of verifiable DOT experience, a valid Class A license, and the ability to drive a manual transmission. You will ensure proper inspections, DOT logs, and compliance with regulations as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 months of verifiable DOT truck driving experience.
• Valid Class A driver’s license.
• Able to drive a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks and trailers (GVWR 26,001+ lbs) to pick up, deliver and unload equipment.
• Interact with customers to obtain signatures for work orders and invoicing as required.
• Maintain DOT logs and comply with FMCSA regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report needed maintenance.
• Assist in installing tanks, pumps, pipes, and related equipment as needed.
