Job summary

OBE is seeking a Class A Driver to safely transport and unload glass and metal products on local and overnight routes. You will interact with customers daily, ensure load securement, and report to the Fleet Manager. The role requires CDL A, DOT compliance, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements and have a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• CDL A license is required and you must be legally able to drive in the US.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and unload glass and metal products to customers across local and overnight routes.
• Ensure load securement and perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete multiple deliveries and operate crane systems mounted on trailers as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Provide strong customer service and resolve delivery issues while building relationships.
