Job summary

Signode Industrial Group is seeking an experienced CDL driver to deliver packaging materials across routes in the United States. You will operate a Class A vehicle, plan routes, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ CDL driving experience, an excellent safety record, and the ability to communicate using CB radio and cab computer. CDL license and GED/HS diploma are required. EEO commitments apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Five years’ CDL driving experience with no recordable safety incidents.
• No at fault accidents in the last 3 years; clean safety history.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver material to customers in a timely manner.
• Inspect vehicles daily and perform preventative maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Complete paperwork and data input per established procedures.
• Report defects, accidents or violations; follow safety policies.
