Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for our Atlanta Healthcare Laundry facility. The role requires safe driving, quick decision making, and strong communication to support daily operations.

You will collect finished carts, roll them to the back dock, load delivery trucks, and deliver clean linen to customers while ensuring DOT and OSHA compliance. The position includes rotating shifts and teamwork with plant managers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new applications.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or service industry.
• Previous driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect finished carts and load them from the Load Building area to the back dock.
• Load delivery trucks by pushing carts onto the back of the truck.
• Deliver clean linen products to customers.
• Transport soiled linen back to plant.
• Follow all federal, state, and local requirements according to D.O.T. rules and regulations.
• Follow all OSHA rules as applies to blood borne pathogens.
• Coordinate daily activities with Transportation, Plant Managers, and Team Leaders.
• Must be able to adapt to change and unscheduled events.
• Maintain vehicle, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and disinfecting after transporting soiled linen.
