Primary Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle, complying with all regulations while delivering product to DSD locations within the regional area.
  • Execute routes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting issues to ensure safety compliance.
  • Load and unload products, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
  • Maintain logs and vehicle records in Samsara, in compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Build positive relationships with store personnel, demonstrating customer service excellence.
  • Follow safety standards and protocols for safe driving.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed.
  • Participate in community initiatives and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

This is a line-haul position pulling trailers from Breignigsville PA to Worcester MA, with one run per night starting at 5pm.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
  • At least 12 months of verifiable driving experience, or less with a clean MVR.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and loading.
  • Flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with responsibility and accountability.
