Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is hiring full-time Class A CDL regional drivers in the Richmond, VA area. Average annual pay is about $105,000 with top earners up to $120,000 and a $7,500 retention bonus.

Expect 4–5 layovers weekly in a sleeper cab, home weekly, assigned trucks, and no-touch freight. You’ll drive late-model Freightliner/Volvo tractors with 48–53 ft Conestoga trailers, featuring conveniences like in-cab fridges, APUs, and safety cameras.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency per federal requirements
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Deliver aluminum products to customers
• Secure and unsecure loads
• Occasional tarping as needed
