Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a CDL Class A Driver to join our team, with home daily routes and travel across sites. You'll drive a 53 ft tractor-trailer, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and support site start-ups.

We offer competitive pay with $24.00 per stop and $38.50 per hour for non-route work, plus a $3,000 referral bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), life and disability.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment or larger in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A current valid A driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds).

Responsibilities

• Drive 53 ft tractor trailer in and around the site or on public roads.
• No touch freight position.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
• Perform driver ride-along reviews, conduct road tests, do site audits and more.
• Perform routine inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch.
