Job summary

HWH Transport in Evansville, IN is seeking a reliable Class A CDL driver to join our growing team. Safely operate Class A vehicles, including flatbed, step-deck, and RGN trailers, hauling heavy equipment with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, log hours and maintenance, and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. We offer competitive pay starting at $25.00 per hour, benefits including health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Experience with flatbed, step-deck, and RGN trailers (preferred).
• Experience hauling heavy equipment (preferred).
• Clean driving record (no recent violations).
• Knowledge of load securement and DOT compliance.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles, including flatbed, step-deck, and RGN trailers.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment following proper safety procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready.
• Maintain accurate logs for hours, inspections, and maintenance.
• Assist with rigging and additional duties as needed.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Represent HWH Transport with excellent customer service.
