Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles (dump, flatbed, lowboy, or trailer) to transport materials and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks using proper methods to prevent damage or injury.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and DOT compliance.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage reports, and trip documentation.
• Follow schedules and GPS directions from dispatch or supervisors.
• Secure loads with chains, binders, tarps, or straps as needed.
• Comply with DOT and federal transportation regulations.
• Assist crews with labor or site tasks after deliveries.
