Job summary

Express Employment Dayton South is seeking an energetic CDL A Truck Driver with dump truck experience to join the transportation team. Home daily and most loads are drop and hook, with 100% travel required. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and longevity with a CDL A license.

Training will be provided for the right candidate. Three to five years of truck driving experience is preferred; dump truck experience or tar/large machine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three to five years trucking experience; dump truck experience or tar/large machine experience is a plus.
• Tractor trailer driving experience.
• Background check, drug screen and medical card required.
• Proven track record with longevity.

Responsibilities

• Transport tar to various sites and locations as directed by upper management and transportation supervisor.
• Maintains vehicles maintenance records and operates vehicles in a courteous and safe manner.
• Reports any unsafe vehicle conditions to District Manager.
• Picks up donated materials from collection points, or retail/industrial donors.
• Delivers retail shipments/donations to stores and assists in loading/unloading.
• Maintains delivery receipts in accordance with agency policy.
• Must observe all safety regulations set by the state, federal government, and the agency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Travel: 100%.

Position Type: Hourly Full-Time.

Salary Range: $25 .00/hour.
