Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to safely operate company equipment and deliver products to customers in the Walker, Louisiana area. You will unload, inspect, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining professional customer service.

The role requires CDL A, 21+ years old, and the ability to lift up to 170 pounds with aid as needed. Training on PIT/MHE equipment may be provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Class A driving experience or military equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT/MHE equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers

• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License

• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
