Job summary

The Anderson-DuBose Company is hiring a delivery driver to operate a tractor-trailer and service quick service restaurants across our 24/7 network. You will handle loading/unloading, navigate routes, lift 75 lbs when needed, and comply with DOT rules.

We offer Home Daily routes, weekly pay, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match and paid time off. Required: valid Class-A license with 2 years of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• MUST have a valid Class-A license with two years of Tractor-Trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Clean MVR and ability to work a flexible schedule for 24/7 operation.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 75 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers using a tractor-trailer across a 24/7 service area.
• Load/unload, stack on carts/pallets, and assist with offloading using a hydraulic lift gate when needed.
• Maintain safety, DOT compliance, and accurate delivery documentation.

The Anderson-DuBose Company, established in 1991, is a full-service distribution company for major quick service restaurants in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. We currently have four distribution center locations: Lordstown, Ohio (headquarters), Rochester, New York, Jacksonville, Florida, and Jefferson City, Tennessee. (Transportation and Warehouse are the two largest departments at each DC and typically operate 24/7.) Delivery drivers operate a tractor-trailer to accurately deliver products to our customers in the quick service food industry. Products are stacked on carts and pallets. The driver must maneuver the product off using a hydraulic lift gate then push/pull into the customer's location.

Qualified applicants must:

• Maintain a Class-A with at least two years of Tractor-Trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Have a clean MVR
• Be able to work any day of the week and be available for a flexible schedule to accommodate the 24/7 operation
• Be able to lift, push, pull 75 pounds or more on a regular basis

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
