CDL Driver at Marenakos Rock Center

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000!!!

Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00

Marenakos Rock Center, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply Group, is seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player to join our team as a Local CDL Driver.

Job Overview

As a CDL (Class A) Driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely deliver products to customers' businesses or job sites. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Deliveries include residential and commercial sites, hauling materials from quarries.

- Home daily, local routes, promoting family time.

- Must be able to drive manual transmission.

Essential Duties

• Conduct vehicle inspections, load securement, and follow safety rules.
• Comply with all DOT regulations while operating a commercial vehicle.
• Load, unload, and stage orders on job sites.
• Deliver to customer sites and branch locations.
• Understand and adhere to FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain truck and driving records, including signed delivery receipts, tracking information, driver logs, and performance forms.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class A License.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.
• Acceptable safe driving record.
• Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations are a plus.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.
• Forklift experience is advantageous.
• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Pass a background check, pre-employment drug test, and DOT physical.

Additional Information
