Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a CDL Class A Driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver products to local customers. The role includes unloading, routine inspections, and use of PIT/MHE equipment to move goods efficiently.

Starting wages are competitive with progression after 6 months and 1 year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and health screenings, with equal opportunity employment. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have at least 1+ year CDL Class A driving experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle and deliver products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT/MHE equipment such as electric pallet jack or hand truck.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Competitive Pay with Guaranteed Progression: Starting at $32.26/hour, increasing to $34.16/hour after 6 months and $37.95/hour after 1 year.

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.

• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
