Through our programs and agency partners we are providing food in all 66 counties of our state and fighting hunger in rural communities, metro areas and Native American Reservations.
Job Summary
The Class A Driver 1 position provides CDL semi-truck driving duties across the state of South Dakota, along with straight-truck driving deliveries in and around Sioux Falls and eastern South Dakota. This position also supports the organization’s program services, including duties associated with food bank programs, general warehouse duties and more. Our current working hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts.

Physical Requirements:
Heavy Work: Heavy work involves lifting approximately 100 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds. If someone can do heavy work, it is also determined that they can also do sedentary, light, and medium work
