CWS Rigging Services LLC in Henderson, CO is seeking a skilled CDL Class A Driver to join our heavy haul team. You will transport rigging equipment and machinery to job sites, performing pre-trip inspections and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries.

This role emphasizes safety, adherence to DOT regulations, and the ability to work independently or with a crew. Experience in heavy haul, rigging, or crane movements is preferred, and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean MVR and satisfactory driving record.
• Experience operating heavy haul equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service compliance.
• Must be 25+ with 3 years CDL driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport rigging equipment, machinery, and heavy loads to job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Safely load, secure, and unload cargo using proper rigging and tie-down techniques
• Maintain accurate driver logs and documentation in accordance with FMCSA Hours of Service rules using Motive
• Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation laws and safety regulations
• Assist rigging crew with on-site tasks as needed

Responsibilities:

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport rigging equipment, machinery, and heavy loads to job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations

Requirements:

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service compliance
• Ability to safely operate in construction, industrial, or job site environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous rigging, crane, machinery moving, or heavy industrial experience is preferred.
• Must be 25 or older with 3 years CDL Driving experience

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Climb into and out of trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
• Work on uneven surfaces and active construction/industrial jobsites
• Perform physically demanding work associated with rigging and equipment moving
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dust
• Wear required PPE and safely handle rigging equipment, tools, chains, slings, and related materials
