A growing company in Connecticut is seeking a Class A CDL Driver who will be responsible for safe and timely equipment deliveries. Position: Class A CDL Driver
Preferred Start Date: June 1, 2025
Compensation:
Hourly Rate – Commensurate with experience ranging between $32 -$40
Hours per week – 40 with the likelihood of overtime during seasonal peaks

Introductory period is generally 90 days, subject to shorter duration based on management discretion.

General Role and responsibilities:
As a Class A CDL Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering equipment to our customers safely and on time, while providing excellent service. In addition to ensuring efficient and courteous deliveries, you'll have the opportunity to grow within the company and contribute to our ongoing success and expansion. You will frequently interact with customers, acting as an ambassador for the company. We are local, as such the bulk of your time will be spent in CT with some touches in the greater CT footprint.
Drop off and pick up equipment
Operate construction equipment to load and unload from truck.
Maintain driver’s logs and complete pre-trip inspections
Adhere to all safety requirements
Involved in logistics planning and process
Utilize skills available to aid in occasional equipment maintenance and shop related tasks
