Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver and receive products from outside services as needed.
• Check incoming shipments for correct quantities and damages.
• Count packages or items, inspect for damages, and note irregularities on the carrier's bill of lading.
• Move merchandise to designated areas, check for damages, verify items against manifests, and deliver paperwork to the appropriate department.
• Prepare products for shipping, including packaging and loading trucks or vans.
• Approximately 80% of deliveries are local within Rochester, NY, with 20% involving over-the-road, long-distance travel.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent (entry level).
