Job summary

The Martin-Brower Company, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to safely operate company vehicles and deliver products to customers. Responsibilities include unloading, inspecting equipment, and safely handling PIT/MHE equipment. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Must be 21+ with 1+ year CDL A experience or military equivalent, able to lift up to 170 pounds, and capable of pre/post-trip inspections. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1+ year CDL Class A driving experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.

Position Responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.
• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.

Preferred Education And Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
