Job summary

JDM EXPEDITE INC in the United States is seeking experienced Company Truck Drivers to operate company-provided Freightliner Cascadia trucks, hauling dry van freight with no-touch and power-only options. Drivers are paid by mile and may earn referral or safety bonuses.

The role requires compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules and a strong work ethic. As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for delivering on schedule, maintaining logs, and communicating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• CDL is required to operate commercial vehicles.

Company Truck Driver – Dry Van

We are currently hiring experienced Company Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We provide the truck and equipment, and drivers operate company-provided Freightliner Cascadia trucks.

Compensation

• Up to $0.80 per mile (CPM)
• Paid on both loaded and empty miles
• 1099 contractor compensation
• Referral and safety bonus opportunities

Equipment

Drivers may be assigned one of the following:

• Freightliner Cascadia Evolution 126
• Model years 2023–2027, subject to availability
• Trucks are maintained and operated in compliance with applicable DOT requirements

Truck assignments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Freight and Operation

• Dry van freight
• Power-only operation
• No-touch freight
• Light and clean commodities
• Over-the-road driving

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate the assigned commercial motor vehicle
• Complete assigned loads and deliveries on schedule
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
