Job summary

LKL Associates is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Boom Truck Driver to deliver and unload drywall, steel studs, roofing materials, and related products to local sites. Home every night. Full-time position with training for our crane equipment and opportunities for advancement.

You will load/unload at various job sites, verify loads, secure materials, and perform pre-trip inspections to ensure safe, on-time deliveries in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL license required with clean driving record and 3 years driving experience.
• Able to lift 100 pounds regularly.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Team player and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials safely and on time to local sites.
• Load and unload materials at multiple job sites locally.
• Confirm inventory load and delivery addresses.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Assist in placing materials at customer directions and maintain efficient, safe operations.

Description

We are seeking a dependable and efficient CDL Class A Boom Truck Driver who will deliver and unload building materials (drywall, steel studs, roofing materials, etc.) to various local work sites on a daily basis. Home every night.

Job Details

• Deliver building materials in a safe and timely manner
• Load and unload building materials at multiple job sites locally
• Confirm inventory load on truck prior to delivery. Confirm address on delivery ticket
• Ensure load is properly and safely secured
• Perform a pre-trip inspection
• Ensure smooth, on-time delivery of products and building material and place material where customers direct
• Load and unload roofing materials onto/off a truck to requested location
• Full time position
• We will train for the specific crane that we have here
• Rate for CDL with no crane experience - $28+ D.O.E.
• Rate for CDL with crane experience - $32+ D.O.E.
• Quarterly incentive program

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• A clean driving record and 3 years of driving experience
• Boom experience recommended
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
• This is a physical job, must be able to lift 100 pounds regularly
• This is a very fast paced environment. Job located outdoors so dealing with all types of weather is necessary
• Team player
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
