Job summary

Blackwood Solutions, San Antonio, TX is seeking a CDL Class A Boom Operator to drive regional routes and operate knuckle boom/grapple equipment on a full-time basis.

You will be a company employee with weekly pay, overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect time on the road, with you coming home on your 2nd weekend and hotel coverage when away.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Knuckle Boom/Grapple experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL vehicle on regional routes.
• Drive and manage knuckle boom/grapple equipment as needed.
• Be on the road with a schedule that includes home on your 2nd weekend and hotel coverage while away.

HERE'S WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• $1,400–$2,100 per week with overtime, paid weekly
• $500/month earned safety bonus on top of your paycheck
• 2 weeks out, home on your 2nd weekend — and we pay for your hotel while you're away
• Overtime at time and a half over 40 hours, and overtime is regularly available
• You're a company employee, not a contractor
• Every work-related expense covered
• Late‑model, well‑maintained, state‑of‑the‑art trucks
• All required PPE supplied — just bring your safety boots

WHAT YOU NEED

• Class A CDL with at least 1 year of experience
• Knuckle Boom/Grapple experience a plus — we'll train the right candidate
